Tipping platform vehicle tarpaulins

1. Agricultural trailer tarpaulin

When making a tarpaulin for an agricultural trailer, the main consideration is the correct choice of material and the quick release of the tarpaulin. When making the tarpaulin, double the material is worked onto the blanket cover at the longitudinal and transversal edges. In addition, the corners are given extra reinforcement. This is an important consideration in the design of the finished product because edges and corners are critical points during use. The design of the tarpaulin can be either with ratchet-strap or with bungee cord fastening. Before starting the tarpaulin production, we will give you guidance on which solution we recommend, depending on the design of the trailer body.  You do not necessarily need to transport the vehicle to our premises to install the tarpaulin. Based on pre-agreed dimensions and with professional advice, the installation of the prepared blanket can also be carried out at home.

2. Vehicle tarpaulin with bungee cord attachment

When making a tarpaulin for a tipper vehicle, the main consideration is the correct choice of material and the quick release of the tarpaulin. When making the tarpaulin, double the material is worked onto the blanket cover at the longitudinal and transversal edges. In addition, the corners are given extra reinforcement. This is an important consideration in the design of the finished product because edges and corners are critical points during use.

When using the bungee cord attachment, the tarpaulin is held taut by a bungee cord. For this type of fixing, a metal or plastic clamp is riveted to the side wall of the platform. These are the hooks that hold the bungee cord attached to the tarpaulin.

You do not necessarily need to transport the vehicle to our premises to install the tarpaulin. Based on pre-agreed dimensions and with professional advice, the installation of the prepared blanket can also be carried out at home.

3. Tipper vehicle tarpaulin with ratchet strapping

When using ratchet strapping, the tarpaulin is held taut by a strap (spanifer) attached to the batten. For this type of mounting, a load securing ratchet is attached to the side wall of the platform. The strap is attached to these ratchets (also known as spanifer carriages).

You do not necessarily need to transport the vehicle to our premises to install the tarpaulin. Based on pre-agreed dimensions and with professional advice, the installation of the prepared blanket can also be carried out at home.

4. Tipper semi-trailer tarpaulin

When making the tarpaulin for a tipper semi-trailer, the main aspect is the correct choice of material and the quick release of the tarpaulin. When making the tarpaulin, double the material is worked onto the blanket cover at the longitudinal and transversal edges. In addition, the corners are given extra reinforcement. This is an important consideration in the design of the finished product because edges and corners are critical points during use.

In most cases, the tarpaulin of the tipper semi-trailer is fixed with a spanifer. When using the spanifer anchorage, the tarpaulin is held taut by a strap (spanifer) attached to the ladder.

5. Harvester - Grape inner tarpaulin

A PVC tarpaulin liner, called the “GRAPE INNER” tarpaulin, is made for periodic use in tipper trailers during harvesting. An optimal solution for balancing transport capacity. We make a tarpaulin liner inside the tipper body, which is fixed to the steel structure at predetermined anchorage points. When working the product, it is important to ensure that the tarpaulin is properly reinforced in the right places (edges, corners). A great advantage of the grape tarpaulin is that it can be quickly mobilised, and can be loaded and unloaded from and into trailers with little energy investment. It has a long lifespan – with proper use – and requires no maintenance.

You do not necessarily need to transport the vehicle to our premises to install the tarpaulin. Based on pre-agreed dimensions and with professional advice, the installation of the prepared blanket can also be carried out at home.
